Comments:
I retired July 1, 2008, after working 17 1/2 years as secretary for Ty Kaufman, who served as McPherson County Attorney for the last 25 years, in addition to also having a private practice. We haven't been doing much of anything special, just plugging along day to day as the spirit moves and enjoying the grandchildren. We have one grandson and five granddaughters. Debra and her family live in McPherson; Kevin and his family live in Derby so they are not far away.
